Estimate Process
1. Preliminary Questions: We will contact you and ask a few questions regarding your property and generator expectations.
2. Site Visit: On-site or site photos to determine the best location for your generator, answer any questions, and walk through installation plans.
3. Proposal: Provide a clear contract detailing connected circuits, cost, and payment terms.
4. Installation: Complete the installation, including all work on-site, requesting inspections, obtaining electrical permits, and completing the generator start-up and walk-through.
Annual Generator Servicing Program
We offer annual generator servicing for air-cooled and liquid-cooled Generac generators! Our annual service includes:
- Change: Engine oil and Oil filter.
- Evaluate: Oil level, Battery condition (replace the battery if needed), Battery voltage, Air filter, Air intake, Exhaust, Valve clearance, Compression, Spark plugs (replace if needed), Fuses, Wiring, Oil and fuel lines, Physical condition, Engine starting, Engine sound, and Voltage/hertz.
- Additional optional upgrades include: Fleet Renewal Subscription, Propane Tank Monitor, and Cold Weather Kits.
We recommend servicing your generator annually to maintain maximum reliability of the system.
Each customer will receive a service checklist either via mail or email for their records after the service is complete!
